Built in 1986 to take advantage of the ocean view, the trees have grown up now but you do see the sun slipping into the ocean from the great room and deck.  Trees are just like children, they grow up sooooo fast! You look out to healthy oaks, cedars and firs--like living in a tree house! 

The owners enjoy fabulous sunsets from the 1800 sf, three story home.  Used recently as a Vacation Rental and weekend getaway, it is your turn to enjoy.
