One of the neighbors in Terramar shared these photos taken during her walks at minus tide the past few days (mid October). 
We met Steve and Marcia as cabin owners on Palomar Mountain and enjoyed a delightful picnic with them at Terramar Beach a few years ago.

You'd love it here too, and would have some very nice  neighbors!!
