The wing to the left of the home is what some people might call a 'Man Cave'.
It is enclosed with a front and a back door, dirt floor. Has been used as a workshop and wood storage area.  Sure would be a simple project to finish off the interior if you'd like. To perhaps convert it to two more sleeping rooms.

You can stand up in the mini Observatory.  It is bigger than you think and  great for storage.  Also could be a fun club house for the kids!  Of course you might even set up your telescope and enjoy our starry, starry nights!

The level half acre is entirely fenced and gated.  This one won't last!
