Shabin?  Oh, you know, a delightful little space somewhere between a shed and a cabin.
To the family who has owned the land for decades, it was a wonderful getaway with many happy memories. The water is hooked up so you have a stainless steel sink with water flowing from the Palomar Mountain Mutual Water Company.  Years ago the shabin had power.  A tree fell across the wires in 2002, so SDG&E is presently disconnected.  We have spoken with SDG&E and a permit is needed to re-connect and that is being looked into.

Very easy, level access off Crestline to a private setting. Property was just groomed to Forest Service standards so looks like your own park.

That's a 'workbench' above and below you can see the sink to the right of the door. 

You also have a two seater out-house out back.
