Looking for land with that 'spirit of adventure'?  For over a century, mountain folks have hiked and hunted in Pedley Valley.  The little dirt roads winding through this 24.96 acres have recently been improved and some grading has been done. However, most of the land remains an intriguing, natural forest with mature cedars, firs, and oaks. The topography varies from level and rolling to steep and challenging. It is known as a hunter's and nature lover's paradise for hiking and animal watching.   

You have a view to the world famous, Palomar Observatory and can see down into Mendenhall Valley. There are some wonderful rock outcroppings and in the spring you'll find rare tiger lily's growing along the seasonal stream running through the land.  There are lots of wildflowers to discover while admiring the wildlife.   Deer, turkeys, quail and many variety of birds also call Pedley Creek 'home'.

The land is at 5100 feet in elevation so you do have the drama of an occasional snow in the winter.

To get to the property you drive in across National Forest and other private land, through a gate. There are three other cabins beyond this land. There is no deeded easement to the property that is required for the  County to give a building permit.
