This little cabin needs love. It's nice and clean but has been very "lonely" for a long time. I'm sure there are some wonderful stories to tell over the past eighty years of  prior owners sitting in front of the cozy wood stove with dreams and good intentions of finishing, restoring, and remodeling. 

Have you been waiting for a project? This could be YOUR dream-come-true! The cabin has a water share with Palomar Mutual Water company, it also has power. Phone service is available. The living area with the woodstove is open to the kitchen. The appliances are operational, No, the kitchen counter hasn't settled - it was designed that way with the cheerful yellow Formica sloping toward the drain to make it easy to clean up after supper!

The vintage cabinets are included. There is a bathroom in process on the main level. Down some pretty creative stairs is a walk-out basement which in the past been a bedroom. Foundation, plumbing, and electrical need "attention".  The cabin is on less than 1/3 acre in the forest with good access and parking in the Birch Hill area of Palomar.

No, the cabin isn't leaning as it appears in photo above . . . Photographer error!  ;- )
