Ideas to add more Income
         

       
Reunion Hall - could rent out for reunions, weddings, parties, etc.       
  Owner has rented hall for $700.00 for 4 hours
       
Baseball Field       
  Convert field to RV or boat storage sites.     
   Convert field to additional RV sites  (would need to add electric and water  with water lines already installed)       
   Use the property as a sales yard to sell manufactured cabins or RV's, with one on display facing the "Y"
      to attract drive-by traffic on Hwy 76. Perhaps LEASE property to others for???  What would your plans include?
       
Full time Tenants       
  Add more permanent sites - there are currently 20 permanent sites plus the mobile home       
       
Large Unimproved Area Below Campground (3 acre parcel that fronts on Hwy 76)       
  Convert to RV Storage area - could charge $100 per month with no hookups.
   Lease the property facing Hwy 76 to have a Farm Stand/Fruit Stand or ???       
       
Back Unimproved Area -  Could convert to primitive camp sites         
  Primitive camping - water faucets, tables, road (no permits required)       
  Full hookups require sewer, electric, paved road and permits         
       
Pool       
   We are the ONLY campground in the area with a pool
   We are constantly asked in summer for outsiders to use the pool

Laundry
   Many requests for outsiders to use laundry   
       
Convert to Mobile Home Park

Open the Campground year round like it was in the past. The owner's health prevents them from the year round hours.

Add more cell towers for additional monthly income rental

Store--add to what is presently available. In the past beer, wine and cigarettes have been sold at the Store.
   The sky is the limit!
