This 1932 cabin has many recent, very  practical additions and delightfully elegant touches to give a very eclectic charm.

A very convenient cabin all on one level with a feeling of space thanks to the high ceilings.  You walk in to the living and dining area with a cozy wood stove and doors to the two sleeping rooms.  The walk-through kitchen has good storage and a fun, vintage, sink cabinet.

The cooking center is the very latest with new GE convection/ microwave oven and induction cook tops.  I was not familiar to this system that runs on 110.  Pretty impressive!  Portable, they are used in the kitchen, on the dining room table and even when camping or traveling. The heat regulation reaction time is as immediate as with gas. The literature says it is not only twice as fast as with your gas or electric burners, it is also more economical to operate and  safer than cooking with gas or electric burners.  Although the smooth cooking surface that comes in contact with the cookware is a bit hot while cooking, we're told it doesn't become hot enough to set anything on fire. You can even wipe the surface clean with a paper towel just after removing the pot or pan!

There is a cute-as-can-be utility room off the kitchen.   The very quiet All-in-One washer-dryer is a recently purchased, state of the art model. It runs on 110 and heats its own water with a sanitizing mode that only high-end brands feature with an interesting drying system using 'condensation extraction'.   You'll also find a brand new water heater hidden away in this little room.

Every inch of this cabin is decorated and used to its fullest to give the impression of coziness as well as space. Negotiable furnishings are very warm and inviting.
