One of the benefits of this property is that there is a shared Road Maintenance Agreement that includes snow plowing! With a car full of Scouts and sleds, driving right in to the land is a huge plus when we have an inviting blanket of snow.
The microwave in that cute little Shabin makes it easy to warm up with some hot chocolate at the end of the day.
