You have your own fueling station at Boulder Oaks with three 1000 gal tanks; red diesel, clear diesel, and gas, One of four propane tanks on the property is here at the fueling station for the owner's construction trucks.

You have three good wells on property. The newest is in use now and when drilled pumped 150 GPM at 486 foot deep. The two 10,000 gallon water tanks are kept full to gravity feed the whole ranch.
