From the top of the Mountain you take the road that passes in front of the Store, toward the Observatory. The property begins about a half mile down, on the left side of the road. From the land, you look out over the Mendenhall Valley to the Observatories off in the distance.
The surveyor is finishing up a boundary adjustment with a parcel map which will be completed soon. At that time we will have a new APN for you.
With our 40 acre minimums for subdividing, this property will remain this size forever for your enjoyment!
